EIS Comments

The Draft EIS public comment period is closed. It commenced on September 17, 2010 and concluded at midnight on November 1, 2010; DOE continued to accept late comments until September 2011, which was to the extent practicable.

Public Hearings October 5-7, 2010

The DOE conducted three public hearings on October 5, 6 and 7, 2010. The locations and dates of these hearings are listed below. The hearings provided an opportunity for citizens to submit oral and written comments. The public hearing transcripts are available for download via the Document Library page.
